i followed someone else’s link and ended up on your old blog page, read the 1-sep-10 entry, which was depressing, mostly because i resonated with much of it, especially the tension between a sort of melancholic isolation and the insistent intuitive belief in life/romance/humanity. there’s this obstinance of the human spirit that refuses to give over to cynicism. as someone surrounded by suburban/rural evangelical republicans and all that entails (thought/belief-wise), i appreciate the online diaries of people who articulate their experience of mind in ways i’m far to cowardly to ever attempt. so thanks.
